MY HEART FITNESS™ PLATFORM

Platform

Building the Infrastructure for Measurable Cardiometabolic Prevention

My Heart Fitness is a cardiology-designed platform built to make structured exercise engagement more visible, measurable, and population-informed across prevention workflows.

Core Idea

Exercise advice is everywhere. Infrastructure is not.

The problem is not that patients, employers, or clinicians have never heard that exercise matters. The problem is that exercise remains hard to measure, reinforce, contextualize, or connect to meaningful outcomes in a way that people and systems can act on.

MHF is designed to create a feedback loop around structured exercise: log activity, contextualize effort, visualize projected impact, and support reinforcement over time.

Step 01

Log

Structured exercise is captured through the platform.

Step 02

Interpret

Exercise engagement is read through an evidence-informed educational framework.

Step 03

Visualize

Users and partners receive population-informed projected insights and structured visual feedback.

Step 04

Reinforce

Aggregate reporting supports accountability, engagement, and implementation learning.

What Sits Underneath

Cardiology-designed. Behaviourally-informed. Built on real-world evidence.

MHF was built by a practicing cardiologist with over eight years of clinical implementation experience across 3,000+ cardiometabolic patients. The platform sits at the intersection of clinical credibility, behavioural design, and digital health infrastructure.

  • Cardiology-designed. Built by a practicing cardiologist with 200+ peer-reviewed publications.
  • Population-informed. Grounded in published cardiometabolic outcomes literature.
  • Patent-pending. Proprietary exercise-dose-to-projection methodology.
  • Implementation-tested. Refined through real-world clinical, employer, and research settings.
  • Reporting-ready. Aggregate dashboards designed for partner accountability.

Positioning Note

What the platform is - and is not - today.

MHF today is

  • An educational, population-informed platform.
  • A reporting framework for partners and organizations.
  • Cardiology-designed and evidence-informed.
  • In an early implementation and evidence-generation phase.

MHF today is not

  • FDA- or Health Canada-approved clinical decision support.
  • A diagnostic or treatment recommendation tool.
  • A generic wellness app or participation tracker.
  • Marketed to individuals as a personal health product.

Current platform outputs are educational and population-informed. They are not standalone diagnostic or treatment recommendations. MHF is building toward future regulated clinical decision-support pathways through early implementation, research, and regulatory strategy.
