Do you feel like you need frequent exercise check-ins and closer monitoring?
One of our Kinesiologists will be able to help you with your exercise and fitness journey . You will recieve exercise support for 3 months including weekly Kinesiology check-ins
Package includes:
- Nine (9) 15 minute check-ins (Week 1-3, 5-7, 9-11)
- Three (3) 30 minutes resistance training sessions (Week 4, 8 and 12)
You will be required o complete an exercise log on a weekly basis to help guide and progress your exercise

Ever think that you know exactly what to do, but you just don't have the motivation to do it?
One of our Dietitians will help provide motivation and accountability to help you accomplish your goals, through the use of weekly check-ins.
You will recieve nutritional support for 4 months with personalized schedules and answers to all nutrition concerns
Package Includes:
- Six (6) 15 minute check-ins
or
- Three (3) 30 minutes check-ins
This package is ONLY available after completing the Self-Started package
