As part of our educational learning program, patients/clients accumulate “MHF health badges” for the completion and attainment of key performance benchmarks. Such health badges are used to incentivize patients/clients to engage in their lifestyle self-management, and can serve as coupon/discount codes to purchase health products, foods, exercise equipment, memberships, and/or merchandise from community partners offer.
